weather.com says about 50% chance for rain next week Thursday and Friday, with the weekend being low 70s and little chance of rain. Let's hope this is the case, but usually precipitation ends up moving more slowly, so it is often a day or two later than the forecast. Hopefully that won't happen for us. 73 and slightly overcast would be perfect!
